FEATURES OF DC DRILLING RIG

l         It adopts AC-SCR-DC drive mode, DC motors drive drawworks, rotary table and mud pump; It can realize stepless speed regulating to satisfy preferably the drilling technology requirements;

l         Hydraulic disk brake or band brake is used as the main brake of the drawworks, the auxiliary brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake or Eaton pneumatic disk brake; It is equipped with automatic device to prevent the traveling block from colliding with other parts, the position indicator of traveling block, and the auto-bit-feeding device;

l         Rotary table is driven independently; Equipped with high power triplex single action mud pump and driven by narrow V band;

l         Key mechanical parts conform to API spec and are marked with API monogram.
