 FEATURES OF BELT DRIVE DRILLING RIG

l         The rig is powered by 3  2000 series diesel engines, forward drive reducer box;

l         The drum of drawworks is grooved. The main brake is hydraulic disc brake or hand brake arid the auxiliary brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake. Drawworks is equipped with auxiliary lilting device. The shill is changed by air tube clutch;

l         Drawworks is placed at lower position. “Bevel gear box + cardan shaft” are installed on the drill floor. Drill floor is box-on-box type, compact. easy to rig up. K-type mast without pulling rope fit for assembly at ground level arid rigging tip as a whole;

l         Driven by belt compound device; Equipped with high power triplex single action mud pump which is driven by cardan shaft transmission;

l         The rig is designed and manufactured in compliance with SY/T5609-1999 standard, And it can operate under the temperature ranging from +50℃ to -35℃, conforms to IISE regulations.
